Shenzhen Fenyun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") take our users' privacy and personal information protection very seriously. We may collect and use information about you when you use our products and/or services.We want to explain to you through the Privacy Policy ("This Policy") how we collect, use, and store such information when you use our products and/or services.

We expect you to read and confirm that you fully understand what is stated in this policy before using our products and/or services.

When we use your personal information for other purposes not set forth in this policy, or when information collected for a specific purpose is used for other purposes, your consent will be sought in advance by your unsolicited check.

Please note that all personal information you provide when you use our products and/or services will continue to authorize us to use them for the duration of your use of our products and/or services, unless you delete or refuse to collect them from us through system settings.When you log out of your account, we will stop using and delete your personal information.

1.The range of personal information that you authorize us to collect:

(1) Basic information: including personal name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, avatar, language, region, exercise preference, etc., mainly used to provide you with physical condition analysis, calculation of exercise and health results, etc.;

(2) Health information/data recorded by equipment: including activity energy, sleep analysis, physical training, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), steps, walking + running distance, swimming style, pace, cycling distance, exercise Time, etc. This information is mainly synchronized from the wearable device, and the data will be displayed to you more clearly on the App;

(3) Device information: including device model, operating system version and other software and hardware feature information, mainly used to determine whether the software and hardware environment supports the corresponding functions;

(4) Location information: including coarse/fine location, latitude and longitude, etc., which are mainly used to provide you with the weather information of your location and display it synchronously to wearable devices, and to record your track during exercise (such as running);

(5) Calendar: including schedule activities/event time, participants, content, etc., mainly used to synchronize these schedule data to wearable devices for corresponding display and reminders on wearable devices;

(6) Phone calls and SMS: including incoming call status, incoming call number, SMS content, etc. These states and information will be synchronized to the wearable device to display incoming call or SMS reminders, combined with contacts, can display the specific contacts person of the incoming call;

(7) Contact List (Contacts): including contacts name and phone number, syncing the contacts to the wearable device, the wearable device can display the contact list of the mobile phone, and make calls through contacts;

(8) Call logs: mainly used to synchronize the call logs of the mobile phone to the wearable device for display on the wearable device, and to make calls through the call logs;

(9) Notification: including the specific application of the notification, the content of the notification, the notification time, etc., the App will synchronize these data to the wearable device, and the wearable device will remind the specific notification content of the relevant application;

(10) Installed Apps: The App provides the function of controlling whether the notification of the application can be synchronized to the wearable device. You can select which applications need to be notified in the list of installed applications listed. Sync to wearable device;

(11) Photos, storage: including reading and writing, mainly used for editing avatars, photos taken by storage devices, customizing the watch face background of wearable devices (watches), etc.;

(12) Clipboard: including reading and writing to the clipboard. In some functions, you can quickly copy content to the clipboard by clicking the copy button. In some input interfaces, you can also quickly enter through the clipboard content;

(13) Music information: including song name, song playback status, volume, etc. When you use the music control function, music information will be displayed on some wearable devices that support this function;

(14) Feedback information: When you submit relevant feedback, relevant feedback logs, contact information and other information will be collected according to your choice to improve our existing services;

(15) Log information: The App will automatically collect your detailed usage of our products, save them as logs on the device, and store them in our system after obtaining your permission to improve our existing services.

2. We may use the information collected during the process of providing services to you for the following purposes:

(1) Provide services to you: Bluetooth pairing between the relevant wearable device and the mobile phone. During the Bluetooth pairing process, the Bluetooth permission of the mobile phone will be applied for. After the pairing is successful, the data will be synchronized with the App, so that the data recorded in the wearable device can be synchronized. to the App and show it to you;

(2) Physical condition analysis: Based on the basic information you provide and the data recorded by the wearable device, we will provide you with an analysis related to your physical condition for your reference. For example: provide you with an interval value for your ideal weight, and show you the trend of your stress changes;

(3) Calculate exercise and health results: We will use basic information and/or data recorded by wearable devices to calculate exercise and health results, which will be displayed to you in the APP and/or wearable devices, such as: BMI, body shape, stress conditions, Calorie consumption, maximal oxygen uptake, etc.;

(4) Determine whether the mobile phone is supported: the device information related to the mobile phone will be used to determine whether your mobile phone can use the functions provided by the App;

(5) Positioning assistance, exercise/movement trajectory: Some wearable devices have poor positioning capability or no positioning function. When starting the exercise function on the wearable device, interact with the App and request the App for positioning assistance. Based on the location information, the App records The longitude and latitude during the exercise process, and finally the motion track can be formed according to these longitude and latitude;

(6) Display incoming call, SMS, and Notifications: When you receive incoming call, SMS, or App Notifications, some wearable devices that support this function will remind and display the content of the incoming call, SMS, and App notification;

(7) Display call logs: After you grant the call logs permission, some wearable devices that support this function can display the call logs on the mobile phone, and some wearable devices can quickly call back calls through the call logs;

(8) Answering/rejecting calls and make call: Based on the status of incoming call, incoming call number, contacts, and call logs, and with the call phone and answer phone calls permission, some wearable devices can support the functions of answer/reject incoming call and make call;

(9) Show schedule/schedule reminder: After you grant the calendar permission, your schedule can be displayed on some wearable devices that support this function, and when the reminder time for the scheduled event/activity is reached, the wearable device will have a corresponding reminder;

(10) Provide weather information: We will use location information to obtain weather data at your location from weather service providers and display it on wearable devices;

(11) Display music information: When you use the music control function, some wearable devices that support this function will display music information, such as song name, song playback status, and volume;

(12) Remote camera: You can control the phone\'s camera through some wearable devices that support this function;

(13) Provide women\'s health function: When you choose to use the women\'s health function, you can record and view information related to menstruation on some wearable devices or apps that support this function;

(14) Display sleep information: We will use basic information and data recorded by wearable devices to calculate and analyze your sleep status, and use it to show you in the App, such as sleep score, sleep time, rapid eye movement and other related information;

(15) Provide heart health monitoring function: Some wearable devices support heart health monitoring function. If you choose to enable this function, we may collect your heart rate information to show you your heart rate status, so that when data changes are found, we can monitor your heart rate through wearable devices. Remind and show you on the wearable device and App;

(16) Provide network-related services: App will judge whether there is a new version of wearable device firmware or App that can be updated based on different network types, network signals and other information;

(17) Statistical analysis: We will conduct statistical analysis of our services or wearable devices to display usage trends of our products or services, optimize products and services, etc.;

(18) Other purposes with your permission.

3. We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual other than us, except in the following cases:

(1) Obtain your express consent or authorization in advance;

(2) Provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the requirements of legal procedures, and mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;

(3) Only by sharing your information can we realize the core functions of our products and/or services or provide the services you need;

(4) To handle disputes or disputes between you and others according to your needs;

(5) Provided in accordance with the relevant agreements signed with you or other legal documents;

Currently, we will seek your express consent to share personal information in the following situations:

When providing you with [Map] functions/services, [Google Map SDK] will collect and use your [Location Information, Device Information, Network Status] for the purpose of providing services and ensuring the normal operation of products and services. (3) In order to provide you with functions/services related to [Audiobooks], we have cooperated with [Himalaya] to integrate [Himalaya SDK]. When providing you with functions/services such as [Audiobooks], [Himalaya SDK] will collect and use your [device-related information], including device model, device MAC address, operating system version, device settings, mobile device identification code, Android ID, network device information, necessary mobile application list information, software and hardware and equipment, equipment environment information, etc., are used to understand the adaptability of the product to different hardware devices and ensure the security of the operating environment. 4. Retention Policy

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the information was collected as described in this Privacy Policy and the specific service privacy policies, or to comply with applicable applicable legal requirements. After completing the purpose of collection, or after we confirm your application for deletion or cancellation, or after we terminate the operation of the corresponding product or service, we will stop retaining it and delete or anonymize it. 7. Minors use our services

8. Scope of the Privacy Policy

(1) Except for some specific services, this "Privacy Policy" applies to all our services. Specific privacy policies will apply to these specific services. 1) If you are using an Apple device such as an iPhone or iPad, in order to calculate your exercise data, after your authorization, we will send the data from Apple to The Healthkit receives and sends your exercise data to it. We will read your height, weight and gender data from Healthkit, while your steps, walking + running distance, active energy, cycling distance and sleep analysis data generated in the &appname;App will be written to Apple\'s Healthkit. Any data obtained through Healthkit will not be shared or sold to any third party company, and we will not use the information obtained from Healthkit for commercial purposes such as advertising, marketing, etc.

9. Changes

We may revise the terms of this "Privacy Policy" in due course, and such revisions form part of this "Privacy Policy". If such amendments result in a substantial reduction of your rights under this "Privacy Policy", we will notify you through a prominent position on the homepage or send you an email or other means before the amendment takes effect.
